If you wish to use your own courier please advise your national / international account number & contact details of your courier. Please discuss these options with your account manager.

For Online Customers in Australia: Currently we use our local courier company or Australia Post to distribute purchases within Australia. With both of these companies we can track your purchase if anything unforseen happens by using the provided tracking number.
Although the utmost care is taken when sending your order, damages may still occur. Please check your order and lodge your discrepancy within 7 days of receipt so we can happily replace. Please direct your emails to orders@stellaandmarco.com
